Shipping

As a general rule, shipments are made via private courier. All orders confirmed and paid before 14:00, on business days from Monday to Thursday, are shipped within 24 hours, with a delivery commitment within the following 24-48 hours. Deliveries are made throughout the day, before 19:00.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. The shipping price will always be shown during the checkout process. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied individually to each one. We are not responsible for any damage your package may suffer after shipment, but we do everything possible to protect all fragile items.

What happens if no one is available to receive the order?

MRW will attempt to deliver the package once; if you are not available, the courier will leave a notification with a phone number where you can contact them to arrange delivery or pick-up at the nearest office.

What are the Shipping costs?

Shipping costs are €4.55.

Shipping is free on orders over €50. Shipping costs may vary during promotions and special offers.

Can you ship to an address abroad?

At the moment, our online store is set up to only ship within the Iberian Peninsula: Spain and Portugal. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.
